As a Project Manager at DB&B, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects from inception to completion.
You will work closely with clients, coordinate with internal teams and contractors, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
JOB SCOPE
- Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and project requirements.
Provide insights and gather information to ensure the project scope is clearly defined.
- Coordinate the development of layout plans, M&E plans, and visuals.
Prepare project schedules and quotations for clients.
Submit tenders and manage the approval process.
- Arrange for the submission of project plans to local authorities for approval.
Organize inspections of building work to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare detailed costing reports for management approval.
Monitor and manage the project budget throughout its lifecycle, ensuring financial control and efficiency.
- Work closely with project and operations teams, as well as contractors, to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of the project.
Coordinate efforts to address any issues and maintain project momentum.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.
Obtain and address client feedback, resolve project-related issues, and handle payment and contractual matters.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven 4 years of project management experience in an Interior Design Industry with a track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (PMP) are advantageous.
- Strong ability to interpret architectural plans and manage project schedules.
Familiarity with building and safety regulations.
- Experience in preparing cost reports, managing project budgets, and ensuring financial adherence.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
