We are seeking a highly experienced
Assistant / Project Manager
to lead the delivery of complex, large-scale security systems projects.
The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of proven project management experience in integrated security solutions and holds a valid PMP certification.
You will manage multi-million-dollar projects, working with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution from planning to handover.

Lead end-to-end project management of large-scale security systems (e.g., access control, surveillance, command centres, integrated solutions).
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve timely and cost-effective delivery.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining compliance with industry standards and safety requirements.
Provide clear communication and regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams.
Assist in engineering system design, implementation, integration, testing and commissioning of ICT projects.
Responsible for ICT projects system installation and deployment, checkout, integration, testing and documentation to meet project milestones.
Manage vendors and internal line of business to ensure timely and quality delivery to project.
Sites coordination and supervision during project implementation according to design.
Report to Program Director and other stakeholders on project technical progress.
Qualities We Value
Knowledge in Computer Engineering / Electronics and Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with strong exposure to large-scale security systems projects.
PMP certification is preferred.
Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Working knowledge of computer hardware and software preferred (e.g. server, firewall or network equipment configuration).
Knowledge in implementing security systems ICT projects.
Able to work independently and as a team.
Willing to learn and shows good attitude, agile and able to handle additional roles.
