Responsibilities
- Coordinate project initiation activities, including setting up project documentation, schedules, and team structures.
- Oversee project progress in alignment with master schedules and ensure adherence to design specifications and performance requirements.
- Identify and appoint suitable subcontractors, defining their work scope, responsibilities, and deliverables.
- Supervise the establishment of site facilities, including office and storage arrangements, to support project operations.
- Review and manage submission of drawings, schedules, and material samples for consultant approval.
- Plan, track, and manage delivery of equipment and materials to site.
- Represent the company in technical meetings, subcontractor coordination sessions, and project progress reviews.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations across all project activities.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, evaluate outcomes, and provide feedback for future project references.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, financial reports, and support payment certification processes.
- Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover activities, including preparation of as-built documentation and O&M manuals.
- Develop and implement maintenance service programmes during the Defects Liability Period.
- Provide project updates, performance reports, and assist management with budget planning and forecasting.
- Perform additional duties as required to support project success.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Prior experience in project execution, with exposure to HVAC, air-conditioning, or chiller systems considered advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to tasks.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Candidate must be comfortable with building and construction projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with AutoCAD is an added benefit.
