Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Singapore for an Assistant Project Manager (APM).
The APM will be responsible for assisting in the coordination, planning, and execution of construction projects.
Day-to-day tasks include developing project plans, communicating with stakeholders, coordinating tasks among team members, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and monitoring project progress.
The APM will also support budget management and liaise with vendors and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in project management or a related role in the construction industry
- Project Management skills in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Knowledge in construction processes and techniques
- Ability to manage safety and compliance standards
- Proficiency in stakeholder communication and coordination
- Relevant technical skills, including familiarity with project management software and MS Office suite
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards in Singapore
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
