• Salary range: $5000 - $7000 (basic) + $100 Mobile Allowance
• Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm), Saturday (8:30am – 12:30pm)

Job Scope
- Fully responsible of projects assigned.
- Requisition of resources for the project such as labour, materials, equipment and others.
- Minimise / reduce wastage of materials, equipment, resources.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sub-contractors.
- Perform project management organisation to ensure that project progresses according to schedule and to take the appropriate corrective action when deviations arises.
- Liaise with customers, consultants, clerks-of-work and statutory authorities on matters concerning the progress of work, acceptance of work, approval of plans, when problems arise.
- Prepare and submit progress claim and ensure positive cash flow.
- Ensure proper hand over of project to the customer upon project completion.
- Responsive to follow up defect complaint during DLP.
- Assist the The Management / Senior Project Manager in the administration of contract, claims, disputes, variation and final accounts.
- Provide cash flow projection and ensure projects are self-sustaining
- Monitoring of project cashflow and disbursement within project budget.
- Improvement of project profit margin.
- Monitoring / following up with the VO items and cost.
(Negotiation with Main Con, Consultants, Owner & Sub-Con) - Review and verified monthly invoices from Sub contractor / Vendor.
- Assist the The Management and Senior Project Manager to monitor accounts receivable for the projects.
- Provide on-job-training to new project staff.
- Responsible for and assign Project Engineer / Supervisor / Safety Co-ordinator for individual project.
Conduct monthly project meeting or as and when required.
- Assign and supervise subcontractors' work.
- Review the project plan.
- Ensure proper control of all documents.
- Conduct evaluation of all suppliers.
- Resolve loss & damage of CSP with the client.
- Calibrate all IMTE & update associated IMTE records.
- Update NCR Log.
- Resolve customer complaints and warranty claims.
- Monitor & update the CAR log.
- Implement servicing where contractually applicable.
- Carried out duties as assigned by The Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Construction or related fields.
- 3 – 5 years' electrical experiences for building in M&E trade.
