Job Description
Reporting to: Project Director
Responsibilities
Manage scopes of ACMV/HVAC and ensure adherence to contract obligations related to company scope.
Oversee project cost management and ensure timely reporting and communication with clients, stakeholders, and workforce.
Ensure compliance with engineering practices and safety implementations in project management.
Plan and implement project schedules, procurement processes, cost management, and contractual fulfilment.
Lead and coordinate with team engineers and coordinators to ensure effective communication and execution of tasks.
Supervise testing and commissioning of necessary systems and structures.
Implement and govern the safety management system on site.
Preferred Experience
Experience in healthcare facilities (hospitals, labs, operating theatres).
Experience in commercial or industrial buildings (warehouses, factories).
Experience with government projects and data centers.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or a relevant field.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong management, communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
Demonstrated leadership, independence, commitment, and conflict resolution abilities.
Experience in BIM is preferred.
Candidates willing to learn and achieve BIM skills/qualifications will be supported.
