Job Purpose
To enhance member engagement and satisfaction by planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of lifestyle, social, and sporting events, activities, and courses at the club.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality experiences aligned with the SAFRA brand, ensuring smooth operations of club facilities, supporting interest groups, and implementing effective marketing and communication strategies.
The position also contributes to the club's strategic goals through budget management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of offerings based on market trends and member feedback.
Main Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Raise general membership satisfaction through effective organisation and management of club's projects, events and courses.
- To conceptualize, plan and organize Lifestyle & Social events, activities and courses for the club.
- Implement effective communication to promote club's activities to members through media channels.
- Keep abreast of market trends and identify new sports and events.
- To deliver the SAFRA Experience and ensure service quality in the events, activities and courses organized at the Club.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- GCE 'A' / diploma levels with good CCA records and/or active involvement in sports
- Preferably with 1-2 years' experience in events management
- Possess excellent service mindset
- Team player and ability to multi-task well under pressure
- Independent and self-motivated with good interpersonal and social skills
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills or tasks
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with basic website knowledge
