Job Description
- Support Cash Business Development Team in their direct and indirect sales initiatives for the contribution of revenue
- Provide pre and post sales service and support to the team
- Handle general incoming enquiries from internal customers.
- Assist the obtaining of company search/ credit checking/ valuation reports for new customers/ prospect
- Facilitate account opening and fulfilment of required documentation within internal customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions of documentation within internal customers.
- Assist to prepare various tracking reports (sales tracking, statistic report etc).
- Perform general administration/logistic duties for the Sales Teams.
- Compile regular and ad-hoc reports for Sales Teams.
- Point of liaison and communication bridge between frontline sales team and various internal stakeholder departments
Requirement:
- Degree/ Diploma in any discipline
- 1 - 2 years relevant banking experience
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and written skills
- Knowledge of computer skills
