A leading global private bank is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Relationship Manager to support a dynamic team in delivering exceptional service to the private banking clients.
This role is central to ensuring seamless client operations and requires a strong understanding of financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Support: Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries, manage order execution, and develop a comprehensive understanding of the client-bank relationship.
- Operational Excellence: Execute and settle trades (FX, Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives), resolve funding issues, and manage margin calls and collateral.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure all client documentation and activities adhere to internal policies and regulatory standards.
Handle administrative tasks to support the team's efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree with 2-3 years of relevant financial services experience.
- Must possess / willing to obtain CACS Paper 1 & 2 certifications
- Strong knowledge of Private Banking products (Derivatives, FX, Equities, Fixed Income).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Meticulous, able to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
