As Assistant Sales Manager, you'll support business development in the Oil & Gas, Marine, and Petrochemical sectors while working closely with senior managers and technical teams.
This role is ideal for candidates with a strong sales foundation who are ready to grow into a managerial track within an MNC environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales with assigned accounts and distributors in the region.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Support senior managers in client meetings, technical discussions, and project presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users.
- Coordinate with engineering and global teams to deliver solutions on time.
- Track opportunities and maintain accurate updates in CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- Contribute to sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (preferred).
- 3–6 years of sales or technical sales experience, ideally in Oil & Gas, Marine, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of hazardous area electrical solutions (ATEX / IECEx) is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally across the region.
