Responsibilities
Assist the Outlet Manager in outlet operations
Drive revenue, maximize profits, and minimize costs
Establish good guest relations and promptly handle all guest requests or enquiries in a professional and sincere manner
Handle customer feedback and maintain high service standards
Maintain overall outlet cleanliness
Build robust relations with team members and assist in their development
Manage staff discipline, appearance, and work performance
Co‐lead the team to deliver high‐quality services to guests at all times
Recruit, orient, and train staff
Plan monthly staff schedules
Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the company
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Food & Beverage or equivalent
At least 3 years relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
Acute financial management skills, strong business acumen, and knowledge of latest sales and marketing trends
Strong customer service and problem‐solving skills
Strong planning and people‐management skills to lead a dynamic service team
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility is a must; able to multi‐task, work under pressure with short deadlines
Able to work in a fast‐paced F&B environment
Able to commit to shift work, weekends, and public holidays
Proficient in MS Office for administrative work
