Job Description & Requirements
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- To assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site in its day to day operations.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team.
- Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.

- Responsible & ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of work at the site.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- To carry out inspection of workers' personal protection equipment and safety gear in order to adhere to the company's safety policies.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Assisted in preparing presentation slides for internal management review and tender interview with client
- Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Attend the daily tool box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly
- To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule
- Prepared document for tender submission
- Able to travel from site to site
- Able to read autocad drawings
- Furnish site progress report
- Working in non aircon enviroment , construction site
- Attend site meeting when required
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Construction (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Able to motivate in a challenging work environment.
- Good in planning, organizing, interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
