Responsibilities
Lead the site supervisors and coordinators in all construction works.
Assist Project Manager in the day to day operations.
Manage sub-contractors performance.
Conduct regular meeting with sub-contractors, suppliers and project team.
Monitor equipment usage and allocation.
Attend meetings with clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions.
Requirements
Recognised Diploma / Professional Qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Min 5 years' related working experience in construction sites.
Strong communication and coordination skills
