Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager to ensure all new joiners are properly onboarded, trained, and integrated into the store environment; work closely with the Training team to implement training plans and career development paths for each team member.
- Maintain optimal staffing by planning store rosters based on daily traffic and sales trends; manage employee turnover and absenteeism to ensure consistent operations.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, excellent service standards, and adherence to store SOPs including grooming and behavior.
- Actively participate on the sales floor, drive sales targets and KPIs, monitor daily and monthly performance, and implement action plans based on store activities and sales analysis.
- Lead customer recruitment efforts (CRM), ensure alignment with Sephora's CRM policies, coordinate with HQ CRM team, and communicate all brand promotions and incentives to the team.
- Ensure merchandising guidelines and planograms are followed, shelves are replenished, fixtures and testers are clean and presentable, and pricing is accurate.
- Monitor stock inventory to reduce shrinkage, ensure proper stock room organization, liaise with Supply Chain on stock issues, and enforce Sephora's cash handling and fund deposit procedures.
Requirements
- Preferably with Bachelor's degree or equivalent studies.
- Candidate with experience in a leadership role, sales-driven, managing and developing a team, in retail line.
