Responsibilities:
Drive daily retail operations with a focus on customer service, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.
Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and coordinate stock take and return processes.
Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
Requirements:
Diploma and above
At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience in retail industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.)
Strong customer service orientation with proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Salary: $3,500 to $4,000
