This is a part-time position where you will be assisting with day-to-day studio operations.
You will have the flexibility to work from home.
However, you may be required to be in studio onsite for a few hours a week to support classes and rentals.
Class timings are usually during weekday evenings and Saturdays.
- Scheduling: Manage class scheduling and rental bookings.
Daily monitoring of class enrolment numbers, and act as POC with instructors on classes and schedule.
- Onsite studio management: Provide on-site class registration support, ensure classes run smoothly in studio, and general maintenance of studio facilities.
- Student Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for students at the studio, via our WhatsApp business account, email and social media inboxes, addressing inquiries and feedback.
You will also assist with student placement and enrolment into trial classes and suitable classes.
- Class continuity: Send reminders for trial classes and follow up on sign-ups & details for students moving up to the next level.
- Financial Management: Assist in invoicing, payment collection, and maintaining financial records.
- Data management: Monitor class attendance, student enrolments, and retention rates.
You will also assist to track performance metrics to support the studio's growth and efficiency.
- Events: Support planning and execution of studio events and special workshops.
These include regular weekly dance socials in the studio.
- Social Media & Content Creation: Manage and grow the studio's social media presence.
Create engaging digital content, including photos and videos, for promotions and studio grow.
