In this role, you will be responsible for providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development to Care Associates as well as actively participating in quality improvement initiatives to continuously refine care processes and elevate service excellence.
Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a supportive team environment and implementing best practices to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
You would
Provide and exemplify organisational standards for home personal care servicesConduct regular field visits to ensure care is delivered according to expected standardsManage a team of Care Associates, offering mentorship, direction, and advocacyCommunicate effectively with the team regarding guidelines and updates on care standardsMonitor and manage the deployment schedule, leave, and medical leave of Care AssociatesCoordinate and arrange for regular reassessments of care plans to ensure continuity of careMaintain inventory and records of consumables and equipment required for service deliveryParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care processesLead or participate in initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and increasing service utilisation Qualifications
You are
Holder of Higher Nitec in any discipline Experienced in eldercare, healthcare, or hospitality, along with relevant leadership experience, would be advantageousAble to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environmentSkilled in communication and stakeholder managementPassionate in community services and service-orientedProficient in Google Suite Applications
