Our General Manager leads a dynamic, highly-executed team driving business development across our Singapore headquarters and overseas branches, focusing on innovation and implementation in Web3 and emerging technologies.
We seek an exceptional, proactive, and trustworthy General Manager Assistant—not merely an administrative support, but a pacesetter, communication bridge, and strategic partner.
You will play a pivotal role in assisting the General Manager to advance business processes related to blockchain, digital assets, and decentralized applications.
Responsibilities
This is not a traditional assistant role.
You will operate behind the scenes, ensuring the General Manager's focus and driving critical initiatives to fruition:
Communication & Coordination: Manage the General Manager's daily communications (emails, meetings, instant messaging), draft responses, follow up on items, and maintain efficient, clear internal and external communication.
Time & Schedule Management: Take full responsibility for the General Manager's schedule, ensuring meetings and key tasks proceed smoothly while maintaining an efficient work rhythm.
Project Support: Track progress on key initiatives (business expansion, market partnerships, publishing/promotions), prepare briefings and summaries, and facilitate partner coordination.
Information Integration & Research: Collect, organize, and analyze industry intelligence, market trends, and competitor insights.
Compile reports to support the General Manager's decision-making.
Meeting & Document Management: Handle meeting preparations, minute-taking, resolution follow-ups, and archiving/confidentiality management of critical documents.
Business & External Support: Accompany the General Manager to client meetings or external events, conduct initial communications and receptions, and uphold the company's professional external image.
Travel & Mobility Support: Accompany the General Manager on domestic and international business trips as required, manage itineraries, coordinate on-site logistics, and follow up on meetings to ensure efficient and smooth travel.
Qualifications
Experience: 2-5+ years as a General Manager Assistant, Administrative Supervisor, or similar role; experience supporting founders/executives preferred.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Education & Skills: Bachelor's degree or higher; preference for Management, Business, Finance, or Administrative majors.
Personal Traits: Highly self-motivated, meticulous, and strategic planner with strong interpersonal communication and emotional management skills; capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Compensation: Negotiable
