Job Description
- Research industry and market trends to spot new opportunities.
- Suggest trade ideas based on analysis and business insight.
- Keep clear and accurate records of all trade activities.
- Create marketing materials to support sales and business growth.
- Draft and manage contracts according to company policies.
- Coordinate with overseas offices on trade and sourcing matters.
- Handle product samples with the inventory team (label, pack, and store).
- Work with the Operations team on shipping, logistics, and Incoterms.
- Provide admin and coordination support to the Trading Manager and team.
- Help manage team schedules, including meetings, leave, and travel plans.
- Join in client meetings, entertainment, and relationship-building events.
- Travel overseas for client visits or industry events, if required.
- Support team goals and handle other tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and able to multitask.
- Commercially minded and business-oriented.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Open to travel when needed.
