Responsibilities
Solutioning
* Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
* Member of Bid Management Team to provide solution for cleaning related workscope
* Lead the team to provide cleaning project solutions
* Formulation of manpower and various cost components for the effective operation of a cleaning
project, inclusive of contingencies to penalties and corporate cost
* Analyse various cost data and indexing of various cost elements for future estimation and cost
verification purpose
* Interface with ISG for solution write up, tender submission, presentation and clarification
* Conduct comprehensive interpretation of Cleaning contracts requirements, based on standard
work procedures, statutory and safety requirement for the execution of works
* Assist in project mounting, prior to works commencement, ensuring delivery commitments are
in accordance to tender proposal
* Brief project team(s) on proposed solutions and timelines for delivery
* Oversee and manage handover of working partners, scope awarded, cost committed, control
measures of partners performances and mitigating options for contingencies
* Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Business Development
* Provide market intelligence in the cleaning industry and reach out to other services providers
for partnering initiatives
* Identifying Partners to work with for cleaning projects
* Establish partnership with other cleaning service providers for sub-contracting
* Partner CIFM for IFM works execution for various sectors of the IFM market
* Develop and implement strategies for new products and services
* Other ad-hoc duties assigned
