Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and driving revenue.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans; identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Serve as main point of contact, resolving issues and coordinating with marketing, purchasing, and logistics.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional plans to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Lead merchandisers and oversee new product launches.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and account KPIs to optimize strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts; perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years' or above experience in FMCG / Modern Trade, with proven key account
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
