Location: Multiple Locations (Mainly in Central & South & East, will be based on outlet availability)
Working Days/time: 6 days/week, 44hr/week
Basic Salary: Up to $5000 + AWS + Split Shift Allowance
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient daily restaurant operations by overseeing, maintaining quality, hygiene, and cleanliness control as well as executing events by preparing staff briefings
Collect, address and review customer feedback promptly to ensure service enhancement.
Comply with HR standards when handling recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning of employees as well as training and providing constructive feedback to ensure service standards
Drive sales and profitability through effective operational execution, cost control, and menu planning.
Handle administrative tasks, including inventory management, POS updates, cash handling, generating monthly reports as well as cash management and daily bank-ins.
Job Requirements
Min.
3 years of F&B experience in leadership role
Comfortable with working weekends and shift work
Strong customer service and leadership skills
Proficient in managing P&L and driving profitability
