**Job title** – Manager, Taste Application - Savory APAC

**Location** – Singapore (Tuas)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Manager to join our team, focusing on the development of instant noodles seasoning.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in savory product development and will possess a strong understanding of savory flavor applications.

The Application Manager should also be familiar with product development, from concept to industrization.

The successful candidate will be part of a team that embraces creativity, open-mindedness, and a systematic approach to problem-solving.

The location of this role is based in Singapore and we welcome overseas candidates to apply.

**Your key responsibilities**

+ Lead the development and formulation of seasoning blends for instant noodles, ensuring alignment with client requirements and market trends
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and production to bring innovative and high-quality seasoning solutions to the market
+ Conduct sensory evaluations and product testing to ensure seasoning blends meet desired taste profiles and quality standards
+ Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to drive innovation and competitiveness in the product line
+ Provide technical support and expertise to clients, addressing any challenges or concerns related to seasoning applications
+ Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, processes, and testing results for all product development projects

**You bring**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Chemistry, or a related field
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in savory product development.

At least 5 years in R&D or application or relevant in instant noodles industry experience is preferred
+ Strong understanding of savory flavors, ingredients, materials, process, and their application in instant noodles
+ Proven track record of developing successful seasoning formulations
+ Experience with sensory evaluation and flavor profiling
+ Ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas to seasoning formulations
