Responsibilities
Develop and maintain business continuity plans and lifecycle.Conduct business impact analysis (BIA).Coordinate recovery drills and tests.Identify and assess operational risks.Collaborate with IT and security teams.Monitor emerging threats and adapt plans.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Manage communication during incidents.Continuously evaluate and improve existing plans.Communicate and Coordinate activities with Branches and Head Office. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with min.
3-5 years working experience in a bank or a financial institutionPossess excellent working knowledge of ITIL best practicesProven experience in leading incident response efforts and coordinating cross-functional teams.Familiar with supporting Desktop End User Services, Infrastructure, Banking Applications and Operations.This role requires an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.Experience in leading a team and ability to delegate tasks effectively.Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.Ability to coordinate with other members in the technology teams to ensure all aspects of an incident is managed properly.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
