We are looking for an entry-level Associate to join our Central Procurement Desk at Sea Group’s HQ.
As part of the Audit Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with procurement policies across all entities and regions within the organization.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing procurement data, identifying risk areas, and enhancing internal controls to mitigate fraud and ensure policy adherence.
You will work closely with the Operational Excellence Team to continuously refine procurement policies and enhance compliance across our procurement processes.

Job Description
Conduct audits and review procurement data across all regions to ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Identify potential fraudulent activities or irregularities in procurement transactions.
Work closely with the Operational Excellence Team to refine procurement policies and improve compliance processes.
Analyze procurement trends and risk areas to enhance internal controls.
Assist in system improvements and automation efforts for procurement monitoring and compliance.
Support in procurement audit reporting and findings presentation to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
Prior experience or internships in audit, internal controls, or compliance.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and assess internal controls.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for irregularities and compliance gaps.
Outgoing and eager to learn, with an interest in procurement processes and system improvements.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
