Associate Consultant (Interventional Radiology)
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Interventional Radiologist to join our dynamic healthcare team.
As an Interventional Radiologist at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care through advanced minimally invasive procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of interventional radiology procedures including but not limited to line and drain insertions, image guided biopsy, angiography, angioplasty, embolization, tumor ablations, and vascular interventions.
Interpret diagnostic imaging studies such as CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and x-rays.
Provide stay-out on-call service for interventional radiology, as well as stay-out call duties for diagnostic radiology.
Collaborate closely with referring physicians and other healthcare providers to determine the most effective treatment plans for patients.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of procedures, patient progress, and treatment outcomes in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and contribute expertise to patient management strategies.
Stay current with advancements in interventional radiology techniques, equipment, and procedures through continuing education and professional development.
Teach and mentor residents and medical students.
Qualifications:
Medical degree (eg MBBS, MD) from an accredited medical school.
Board certification or eligibility in Radiology (Eg FRCR).
Current valid medical license to practice in Singapore.
Proven experience in performing a wide range of interventional radiology procedures.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Commitment to quality patient care and safety.
Preferred Qualifications:
Research experience and/or publications in the field of interventional radiology.
