Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Creative Director for Publicis Singapore.


Creative with a strong background in art direction to lead our integratedaccounts, with a particular focus on big ideas and visual craft, especially in the areas of lifestyle and food.

The Associate Creative Director will be responsible for driving cohesive, visually compelling campaigns across multiple channels, and upskilling the creative team in the areas of visual execution and production.


Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Campaign Direction: Lead the visual development of integrated campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social, broadcast), creating cohesive and compelling visual narratives that drive brand objectives.


Mentorship & Development: Cultivate and mentor a team of designers, art directors, and visual creatives, fostering a culture of craftsmanship, innovation, and creative excellence.


Innovating production: Assess and implement more efficient ways of production, utilising industry networks and emerging technology to excellence in delivery
Quality Control: Oversee the quality and consistency of all visual output, ensuring that every design element reflects the brand’s identity and enhances the overall campaign narrative
