Job Description
Your day-to-day activities include letter management (LOA, Service Letter), accurate and timely updates of new hires' details into our HR SuccessFactors and SAP system, e-filing and record maintenance of staff's particulars, as well as providing support in the administration, processing, and communication of staff benefits and staff movement details with the stakeholders.
You are also required to handle enquiries from our internal stakeholders within HR, across departments and branches.
You will work collaboratively with other members of fulfillment teams to ensure and promote teamwork within the department and in support of the FairPrice Group.
In addition, you will also be involved in our continuous review and streamlining of existing workflows, any HR projects, and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
