**Overview**
We are seeking a strategic and empathetic Content Associate Director with extensive experience in developing content packages, sell content solutions, and manage publisher relationships.
The ideal candidate will be and independent self-starter with the ability to develop content offerings and grow demand for content solutions with Publicis clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the development and expansion of unique content product offerings and partnerships for the Singapore market and eventually SEA markets, continually curating solutions depending on evolving market needs and industry trends in the content space.
+ Effectively position and sell content solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and market demands.
+ Cultivate and maintain content partner relations with key content developers and stakeholders in the market.
+ Collaborate closely with clients and agency teams to understand their needs, ensuring content strategies align with their business goals.
+ Drive the creation of impactful, thought-provoking, and innovative content across various platforms and formats.
+ Establish and uphold high creative standards, ensuring all work is conceptually robust and aligned with client branding.
+ Maintain project budgets, ensuring profitability while delivering exceptional results.
+ Facilitate clear and timely communication with internal and with external stakeholders (agency teams, clients, vendors).
+ Promote the sharing of learnings, ideas, and best practices through the development of case studies.
+ Contribute to broader company and departmental initiatives around content solutions, helping to establish Publicis the leading agency for content offerings and ultimately aligning team efforts with overall business objectives.
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum 8 years of experience in content strategy, production, or related roles, with a focus on content and influencer marketing.
+ Experience in both Offline and Digital content strategy.
+ Strong project management skills across multiple stakeholders, maintaining a high quality of output across various projects while working effectively under pressure
+ Experience in client management, demonstrating the ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and deliver customized content solutions.
+ Proven experience in expanding content product offerings and selling content solutions.
+ Possess a creative eye to evaluate partner proposals to ensure delivery against client objectives.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
+ Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills.
+ Be extremely detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.
+ Ability to navigate complex client needs as well as internal agency dynamics.
+ Media buying/planning experience a plus.
+ Content experience in an agency environment is a strong plus.
+ Existing experience negotiating with content production partners is a strong plus.
