Make an Impact by:
Responsible for the installation and maintenance onsite support of Singtel domestic copper and fibre transmission network and service
Following safety procedure in accordance with the work health and safety act (WHSA) and to use appropriate safety equipment to complete the assigned job efficiently and safely
To achieve service excellence in meeting the SLA requirements for delivery and restorations according to our product guidelines and customer contract
Collaboration and Co-operations with various stakeholder (eg GOSA, TAC, support teams) and customers to complete the task assign to you in the shortest possible time
Timely update of delivery workflow system and ticketing system for daily work orders, fault clearing and routine maintenance purpose
Skills for Success:
Min qualification ITE/Diploma in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.
Min 3 years working experience in Engineering (Technician) or equivalent experience.
Experience as a Field Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in the home/office networking, telecommunications, or green technology industry.
Good understanding of the technical knowledge in data communication (wired, wireless), internet security and home automation.
Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
Have a passion for customer service and possess customer handling skills.
Valid Class 3 driving license.
