What you'll be doing
- Performing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Assisting in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and systems
- Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance activities
- Analyzing data and generating reports to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges
- Providing on-site technical support during scheduled shifts
- Adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar engineering role, preferably in the manufacturing or semiconductor industry
- Proficient in the use of engineering tools and equipment, including PLC programming, electrical troubleshooting, and schematic interpretation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
