Responsibilities:
24/7 shift support for Satellite OperationsProvide Level 1 support for Maritime, Fixed, Starlink and other value-added satellite services.To monitor the Infra devices that includes core routers, UPS, M&C alarm for Antenna.To effectively follow the incident management process using the SMoD queue ticketing system.To co-ordinate the installation, commissioning and testing of the Satellite services with vendor/SI. Requriements
Diploma in Satellite Communications Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Infocomm from a recognized institution.Applicants without the necessary qualifications but with relevant experience and skillset will also be considered.
Knowledge in satellite communications preferred.Communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service experience preferred.Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.Operational readiness on 24 X 7 environment.Ability to perform 12 hours shift operations Your Career Growth Starts Here.
