You will provide administrative support to the Division in Radiological Sciences.
Your job duties include:
- Process procurement requests
- Source and liaise with vendors on purchase orders and delivery
- Monitor inventory, prepare quotations, orders for office supplies
- Update and maintain records and reports for submission
- Prepare and submit forms for manpower and equipment costs/ tests/ medical consumables
- Coordinate meetings and provide secretariat support
- Assist in division projects when needed
Requirements
- Diploma with 2 years of relevant work experience
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
