Responsibilities
Virtualization Platforms: Familiarity with tools like Nutanix, VMware or Hyper‐V is helpful, but you can learn on the job
Systems Administration: Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux is mandatory
Networking Basics: Understanding concepts like TCP/IP and firewalls is a good to have skills
Monitoring and Maintenance: You’ll learn how to monitor cloud systems (like AWS and Azure) and perform maintenance tasks as you gain experience
Service Level Maintenance: Good to have knowledge in performing regular maintenance tasks to meet service level objectives
Documentation: Keeping records and following guidelines is important, and you’ll learn the best practices as you go
Ticketing Systems: Proficiency in using ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Jira is important for managing support queries and ensuring timely resolution of issues
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or relevant field with 2-4 years of IT Experience (Systems Engineering, Systems Administration (windows, Linux)
Confident in troubleshooting
Good analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skills
High‐quality service and customer satisfaction
Innovative, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating with teams
This role requires 24/7 support, including morning, evening, night shifts, and weekend work, depending on operational needs
The position will be based in an office environment, with occasional remote troubleshooting responsibilities for interface connectivity issues
