Associate, PMO (Enterprise Service Management), Technology Group (1 Year Contract)

Responsibilities:
- Program and Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and met.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and organize project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Steering Committee Meeting Support: Schedule and coordinate meetings, organize pre-meeting discussions, manage logistics, facilitate meetings, and track discussions and action items.
- Procurement Support: Support procurement planning, manage due diligence, assist in RFP preparation and tracking, and maintain a central record of procurement activities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of work experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or similar role, demonstrating effective project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and resourceful in identifying and addressing issues, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking and time management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in managing virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
