About the job
The Associate Program Manager will assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within budget and schedule constraints.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets with senior project managers.
Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure project milestones are met according to schedule.
Communicate project objectives, requirements, and expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget to identify potential risks and issues.
Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements, address concerns, and make decisions.
Document project requirements, decisions, and changes using appropriate documentation tools and templates.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
Identify project risks and issues proactively and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.
Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making to address project challenges and obstacles.
Requirements and Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in a related industry.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only.
