Associate, Programme Management, SUTD Academy (6-month Temp)
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of related events and activities.
Manage logistics matters, including venue bookings, course materials, equipment preparation and food catering, when necessary.
Coordinate with key stakeholders, including faculty, external partners, internal support departments and participants to ensure the successful execution of the programme activities.
Provide good customer service to programme participants ensuring a positive experience throughout all aspects of the programme.
Strive for continuous improvement to enhance productivity in the workflow and processes.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of administration experience, preferably in an education-related field.
Highly motivated with strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Has a service-oriented mindset.
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
