Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in the administration of bankruptcy estates.
Responsibilities include (list not exhaustive):
Understand the legal aspects, processes and timelines of bankruptcy administrations Assist in the preparation of letters, notices, emails and reports Take control of the bankrupt's assets followed by realisation Gather information from bankrupts and other third parties Maintain a database of information and records Conduct site visits Adjudicate creditors' claims Investigate past transactions Assist with the reviewing of case/issues and preparation of file-notes Attend meetings and take down minutes Clarify issues/problems to be addressed and communicated clearly and timely to supervisors Requirements
Degree in Accountancy, Law or other professional accounting qualifications recognised by ISCA Fresh graduates and those with less than 2 years of experience in corporate insolvency and/or external audit Strong analytical and report writing skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions Excellent written, oral and presentation skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines A strong team player
