Job Description
Responsibilities:
Evaluate potential transactions.Support in developing business cases.Run financial models.Assist in formulating proposal of deal structures.Manage post-transaction integration matters.Conduct due diligence.Ensure all documents are prepared and submitted on time. Requirements:
A recognized degree in Accountancy or Banking & Finance.At least 5 years of private equity / investment banking experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Good transaction execution skills.Strong written and oral communication skills in English.Good finance and accounting skills; high quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.Ambitious, driven and take initiatives to get things done.High standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.Knowledge of South East Asia private equity market is a plus.
