In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibilities* Check and ensure that all corporate action events (mandatory / mandatory with choices / voluntary) are processed correctly and promptly.* Ensure prompt notification to clients on voluntary corporate action events such as rights issue, dividend with options, tender offers, Singapore Reits, etc.* Ensure that clients' entitlements are protected.* Check that clients' instructions are executed accordingly.* Assist in investigating and resolving discrepancies or issues related to corporate action events.* Maintain high standard of service quality by providing timely response to clients' enquiries.* Support the team in daily operational tasks as needed.* Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred* Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services operations, preferably with some exposure to corporate actions and knowledge of SWIFT – MT56X series* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.* Good team player, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment* A strong desire to learn and grow within the corporate actions domain.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to read/write macros Apply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
