Responsibilities
Handle all customer enquiries via various service channels on loan‐related matters, including loan retention.
Assist in making outbound calls when required.
Review customers’ existing loan packages and advise on available options.
Protect loan portfolio by managing customer expectations on loan repricing packages offered.
Respond to and follow up on customers’ requests promptly and accurately.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of bank products and services as they evolve.
Achieve referral targets set by the business.
Cover team manager’s duties in their absence and coach new staff.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and knowledge of banking products and services.
Good communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
Team player who collaborates well.
Good problem‐solving skills and results orientation.
Sound knowledge of loan products and loan computation, especially in regulatory compliance, legal and insurance aspects of mortgage loans.
