You will provide administrative support for HR Benefit matters including but not limited to medical benefits processing, nametag administration, e-Personnel file administration, work pass renewal and other HR related administration.
Job requirements
- Minimum Fresh Diploma or Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE N / O / A Level + 6 years' experience and Demonstrated competency
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- High attention to detail - keen focus on executing accurately and quickly
- Good computer literacy skills e.g. familiar with using spreadsheets, database, and word processing
- Knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors system preferred but not mandatory
