Asst Mgr/Snr Exec Business & Partnership Management and Commercial Development
Oversee the financial performance of the SIA Engineering Company Group’s overseas line maintenance (LM) companies and provide variance analysis.
Develop and review LM companies’ financial forecasts, budgets and business plans.
Consolidate key financial and operational data across the LM companies.
Monitor LM companies’ business performance in order to minimise operational and credit risks.
Engage Management in the LM companies to understand key issues and seek resolution from HQ.
Gather and analyse information from the LM companies to enable head office to make key decisions.
Assist LM companies in its new businesses and restructuring including constructing business models, obtaining approvals and liaising with Legal and Finance.
Lead, coordinate and carry out process audits at LM companies to achieve satisfactory audit by internal auditors.
Develop business plans for new LM companies and project management to set up new LM companies.
Internal audit skills is a bonus.

REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Business/ Finance / Accounting or Engineering with modules in Business/ Finance/ Accounting
Minimum 2 years working experience
Meticulous with numbers, proficient in Microsoft office especially Excel.
Possess analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills, business acumen
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with positive learning attitude, has initiative and is able to follow up closely to resolve issues
Stakeholder management skills
Applicants may be placed in the position of Assistant Manager or Executive levels depending on experience and qualifications
