Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate smooth daily operations of the attractions and ensure that they are maintained in their best condition.
- Maintain a consistent high level of operational and service standards across the attractions.
- Working together with fellow Attractions Host to deliver operational and service excellence.
- Maintain and ensure safety standards of the attractions in accordance with government regulations, e.g. BCA.
- Ensure strict compliance with Safe Management Measures at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a GCE N Level certificate.
- Preferably with experience in Tourism/Hospitality Industry and/or Customer Service related.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates with more experience may be considered for a supervisory position.
