The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
You will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closure, as well as providing technical advice and support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquisition and Prospecting:
Approach and create demand with new End Customers including winning (back) competitive accounts
Develop End Customer project based business
Active Selling:
Conduct detailed meeting preparation, including usage of tools (e.g. need and solution assessment)
Conduct product demonstrations
Project Development:
Understand End Customer structure and decision-making process
Analyze market/competitors
Order Management:
Manage pre-order (forecast), procurement and fulfillment process of project purchase orders.
Customer Service:
Help End Customers with technical advice and solutions
Product training and after sale support
Administration:
Document visitation activities, leads, opportunities, and projects in CRM
