Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife.
The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
·Responsible for the daily upkeep and operation of audio and lighting systems in assigned show areas.
·Perform daily maintenance, pre-show checks, setup, and minor troubleshooting of equipment e.g. audio mixer, wireless microphones, speakers etc.
·Operate audio and lighting programs, and provide basic technical support for all audio and lighting equipment in assigned shows and special programs.
·Assist the Technical Services department in developing specifications, recommendations, and sourcing for new equipment as required.
·Sourcing and edit music, audio effects, voice-overs, lighting effects, and other elements to support newly introduced segments in presentations.
·Enhance and renew audio and visual elements for existing shows and presentations, with the use of digital audio workstations e.g. Adobe Audition, Logic Pro, Pro Tools etc.
·Produce and submit daily checklist and reports as identified by supervisors.
·Aid and perform other duties to support presentations, special programs, and the daily activities of the Animal Presentation department as assigned by supervisors e.g. crowd management, backstage duties, guest assistance, animal release and confinement, animal handling, and other ad-hoc functions.
·Provide audio visual support to other departments such as providing music, voiceover for tram rides, exhibit sound scapes, etc.
·Other relevant duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
·Minimum NITEC in Audio Visual/Lighting/ Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
·At least 1 year of technical experience with stage, audio and lighting related equipment
·Good written and verbal communication skills
·Able to multi-task in fast changing environment
·Able to contribute new concepts and ideas to improve presentations
·Able to work on weekends and public holidays
