Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).

  • Supervise, coach, and develop audit seniors and assistants, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and providing insightful business advice.

  • Identify and communicate audit issues and recommendations to clients and engagement partners effectively.

  • Ensure audits are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

  • Contribute to business development activities, including preparing proposals and identifying new service opportunities for existing clients.

  • Stay updated on emerging industry issues, accounting standards, and regulatory changes applicable to our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Recognized degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent.

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant external audit experience, ideally gained within a public accounting firm in Singapore.

  • Significant experience in leading audits for a variety of clients; experience with listed companies, SMEs, and specific industries (e.g., tech, manufacturing, hospitality) is highly advantageous.

  • Proven experience in supervising and mentoring a team of juniors.

  • In-depth knowledge of SFRS, ISA, and the Companies Act.

  • Strong client management and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
