Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, professional qualifications preferred.
Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a reputable firm or industry setting.
Experience with financial services or similarly regulated sectors is highly valued.
Familiarity with regulatory audits and compliance, especially within local or regional contexts.
Experience in team-building or establishing new functions is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across different organizational levels.
Good grasp of governance, compliance, audit methodologies, and accounting standards.
Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
