As part of the GNE organization, the Content Moderation Team is now hiring a Auto Annotation Process Operations Specialist to optimize manual annotation workflows, integrate large model capabilities, and design automated annotation solutions to enhance the efficiency of e-commerce governance data production.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of bottlenecks in existing manual annotation processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvement.
- Design Machine Pre-labeling + Human Review intelligent collaboration workflows, including but not limited to: Large model pre-labeling solutions, hard case auto-identification and distribution mechanisms, quality control strategies for human-AI collaboration.
- Drive intelligent upgrades of annotation tools, propose functional optimizations, and track implementation.
- Establish an automated annotation quality monitoring system and develop multi-dimensional quality inspection rules.
- Design annotation consistency calibration mechanisms to ensure reliable data quality.
- Develop hard case mining standards and continuously enrich high-risk case repositories.
- Regularly produce quality analysis reports to drive iterative improvements in annotation standards.
- Train teams on smart annotation tools to ensure proficient usage.
- Collect feedback from frontline annotators to continuously optimize human-AI collaboration workflows.
- Work closely with algorithm teams to align annotation standards with model training requirements.
- Coordinate cross-departmental resources to implement smart annotation solutions.

Minimum Qualifications
- Final year student (graduate in 2026) or recent graduates with less than 1 year of working experience, majoring in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or related fields with strong academic performance.
