Company Overview:
We are a Singapore-based company expanding our operations in Malaysia.
We are looking for a versatile and reliable team member who can support both our finance/admin functions and technical drafting needs.
Responsibilities:
Accounting & Admin
- Handle daily accounting tasks: AP, AR, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Assist with payroll, tax filings, and compliance with Malaysian regulations.
- Maintain company records, contracts, and administrative documents.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers, and clients.
AutoCAD Drafting
- Prepare and update 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings for projects.
- Support architectural, interior, or engineering layouts as required.
- Modify drawings based on project updates and client feedback.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and meet company standards.
Requirements:
- Permanent working rights in Singapore
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Business Admin, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D); knowledge of Revit/SketchUp is a plus.
- At least 2 years of work experience in accounting/admin OR drafting (candidates with combined skills are strongly preferred).
- Familiar with accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
